We at the Sleep Doula are professional caregivers who provide physical, emotional, and educational support to exhausted parents while solving their childrens's sleep problems. Our philosophy is to provide non-judgmental support and provide education on the many different options avliable while assesing the families individual needs of both child and parent, and help them create an effective sleep plan. The Sleep Doula is the birth child of Birth Solutions Inc. who is committed to supporting the families they support as they transition through their child's first few years.
